On our redesign package we basically create a new version of your shop on a new unpublished theme that we create. We assume you already have your store name and products added, so we will basically add a new layout, imagery and banners in a more optimized and strategic way so your brand is well positioned in order to boost your sales.

How exactly does this service work?

After you complete the payment on this page, you will need to add us as staff members on your Shopify store, you can do this by going to your Shopify dashboard, go to settings. plans and permissions, add staff, and type incubranding@gmail.com in the email fields and Incubranding Agency in the name fields.

Our project manager will contact you immediately in order to keep you updated on a daily basis. The turnaround time is 8 business days.

How long will it take to redesign my website?

The regular turnaround time for the project is 8 business days, however we offer an expedited delivery option that will shorten the turnaround time to 3 business days.

Is Incubranding safe and secure to use?

Yes. Our team is committed to making sure everything is completely secure at all times. All our payments and rebills are processed by Stripe. We don’t keep credit or debit card informations. The safety of our customers it’s our top priority!

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds on any services rendered since we are trading our time for money. We have to pay our team for the time they spend on your project. Therefore this Shopify service is non-refundable.

However, we offer unlimited revisions until the shop is looking and working exactly how you want it.

Do you edit or add new products in any way?

No, on this REDESIGN package we don’t include product import, product copywriting. We include that only on our SHOPIFY STORE FROM SCRATCH service

Do you provide any images besides the custom logo?

Yes, our REDESIGN package includes a custom logo, image banners , video banners, and all graphic assets related to your brand, we only use copyright free assets.

If I find any issues with my store will you fix them?

Yes, we make sure everything is working properly on the shop and we provide up to 1 month of free maintenance in case you come across any outside issue or bug. After that month you can subscribe to our maintenance subscription HERE

If you need us to add more products we charge an additional fee of 399 USD per 30 products.
